One founder. One standard.
Sisu Development is a founder led custom home builder, residential developer, and Texas General Contractor headquartered in McAllen, TX. Founded in 2021 by Daniel Estrada with one rule: the person who quotes your home is the same person who builds it.

Pecan Heights & beyond
Sisu builds the homes on lots 8 to 14 of Pecan Heights, a modern townhome community on N. 1st Street in McAllen. Same craft at community scale.
Light commercial GC

Why we started Sisu.
Daniel Estrada has more than seven years of construction experience. He learned every trade on real jobsites, then completed the Columbia University Construction Management specialization on Coursera in 2022. He also holds a BS in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
The Valley deserved a builder who actually shows up. So that is how Sisu was built: the founder on every jobsite, every week, signing every change order and inspecting every framing pour before drywall goes up. The same person from contract signature through certificate of occupancy.
The standards behind the name.
