The number on your contract is the number at closing. We price scope, finishes, and allowances at signing, line by line. If you change scope mid build, you get a written change order before any work proceeds, so you’re never surprised at draw.
Custom homes deliver in the window we sign for, typically 6 to 10 months from contract to keys, depending on size. Pecan Heights units deliver on the closing date in your purchase agreement. Material delays happen in this industry. When they do, you hear it from us that week.
Daniel is the General Contractor on every Sisu build. He’s on your jobsite weekly at minimum, with hard milestones (slab pour, framing inspection, drywall, finish) walked personally. The person who signed your contract is the same person who walks your slab at 6:30 AM.
Every conversation, contract, change order, and walkthrough is available in English or Spanish. Daniel is bilingual and runs the full process in either language himself.
First year callbacks are answered within one business day. Structural and mechanical warranty terms are spelled out in your contract.
After your first conversation with Daniel, we’ll share a couple of phone references from past clients who agreed to take builder calls. Real conversations with real clients. You can ask whatever you’d ask a neighbor.
On the first call we tell you if Sisu fits your project: timeline, budget, scope and style. When another builder fits better, Daniel gives you the name of one he trusts.
