Three tiers. One standard.
Every Sisu home is fully custom and gets the same on site standard. Essentials, Signature, and Custom aren’t service levels. They’re three material ranges to set expectations on cost. The craftsmanship, the structural package, and the warranty don’t move between them.
The three tiers.
Essentials

The 14 things we do not change by tier.
Tiers move finishes, fixtures, and procurement. What’s behind the walls stays the same. Every Sisu home, Essentials to Custom, ships with the same structural, mechanical, and warranty package.

Twenty four pages. Every finish board, every tier, every standard inclusion in one document. Photographs of the actual kitchens and baths these palettes come from.
It’s the lookbook we used to hand to clients at the first studio meeting. Now it lives on your phone.
How to read the tiers.
You don’t pick one and lock in.
Most Sisu homes mix tiers. A Signature kitchen with Essentials baths. A Custom primary suite in an otherwise Signature house. The tiers are reference points for budgeting.
Pricing isn’t a multiplier.
Custom isn’t “1.5× Essentials.” Some categories barely move; others go up 3×. The lookbook breaks down the delta line by line so you can choose where the money actually goes.
The standard package never moves.
Insulation, structural, mechanical, warranty, same across all three tiers. Tiers move the parts you see and touch. The parts behind the walls are nonnegotiable.
Tier doesn’t mean “service level.”
An Essentials Sisu home gets the same on site discipline, same callbacks, same warranty, and same direct access to Daniel as a Custom build. The tier names refer to material range and procurement work. Every tier gets the same Sisu standard.
