What we put in writing.
Most builders make promises. Sisu writes them into the contract. Below are the four guarantees we put in writing on every Sisu custom home, plus the warranty package that runs after closing.
The four contractual guarantees.
Locked price
The number on your signed contract is the number that closes. If lumber or steel moves mid build, Sisu manages it. Change orders come from your side, never ours.
Founder on site
Daniel Estrada is on your jobsite every week, from foundation pour to certificate of occupancy. The founder himself.
Regular updates
Photos, milestones and what is coming next, in English or Spanish.
Punch list walk through
We walk the finished home with you and sign the final punch list together.
The warranty package.
Structural
Foundation, framing, load bearing components. 6 year warranty against structural defects.
Systems
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC. 2 year warranty against defects in workmanship or installation.
Workmanship
Finishes, trim, paint, cabinets. 1 year warranty against defects. One contact for warranty calls: Daniel.

Most builders hand warranty calls to a third party after closing. Sisu does not. Daniel answers warranty calls the same way he answered the sales call: pick up the phone, listen, fix it. Same number, same person, for the full warranty period.
