Talk to a lender
What a construction loan will support, before you fall for a floor plan.
Design
Schematic design, design development, then construction documents.
Budget and permits
A budget built line by line on your plan, then the permit from the city or the county.
Construction
Slab, framing, dried in, systems, insulation, drywall, finishes. Inspections along the way.
Keys
Final inspection, walkthrough and keys. Your written warranty starts the same day.
