If we’re a fit, we book a 30-minute Build Strategy Call. Free. In person at the McAllen office, or on Zoom. You bring questions; we bring real numbers.

If we’re not a fit, we tell you on the first call. Then we point you to a builder who is. The Valley is small. We’d rather refer you out than waste your week.

If you’re not ready yet, that’s fine. We don’t run a 14-step sales cadence. You’ll get one follow up note from Daniel. After that, the next move is yours.

How fast will I hear back?
Inside one business day, every time. Most days it’s within a couple hours. Daniel keeps his phone on him.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first call is 10 to 15 minutes to see if we’re a fit. If we are, we book a 30-minute Build Strategy Call, also free, to walk through real numbers for your scope.
Can we talk in Spanish?
Sí. Daniel and the whole team work in English and Spanish. Contracts, walkthroughs, weekly updates, whichever you prefer.
I don’t own land yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Jessica is a Texas-licensed Realtor on our team. We help you find a lot first, then design and build on it. It’s one conversation, not three.
What if I’m not ready for 12 to 18 months?
That’s normal. Custom homes have a long decision window. Tell us your rough timing on the first call and we’ll match the pace. No pressure follow-ups.
