Visualize and design
Sit down with Daniel, talk through how you live, and turn it into a real plan you can build to. We work with our architect or yours.
Real numbers
One honest budget. Insulation, paint, and trim included. No “base price” surprises halfway through. Open-book line items.
Contract + permits
Fixed-scope contract. We pull permits with McAllen / Hidalgo County / Edinburg / Mission, whichever AHJ applies. Insurance and trade contracts in place before mobilization.
Build phase
Daniel runs the site through foundation, framing, MEP, drywall, and finishes. The same standard holds from the first slab to the last coat. Weekly Friday updates with photos.
Final inspections + CO
Final inspections with the AHJ. Certificate of Occupancy in hand before turnover. Punch list closed within 14 days of CO.
Move in + warranty
Walk through, warranty package, and a one-year check-in. 10-year structural, 2-year systems, 1-year workmanship. We do not disappear at closing.
