The reason this guide exists: most of what families find online is a national average or a sales pitch, and neither one knows your lot. The questions that decide a custom home are the same every time, so Daniel wrote them down.
There are no prices in it, on purpose. A price in a guide can’t see your lot, your plan or your finishes. Real numbers come from a budget built line by line on your plan, and that’s the conversation after the guide.
